What counts as a "message"?+
A message is counted when a reply is sent from the OmnifitAI platform — whether it's sent by AI automation or manually by you or your team. Inbound messages from your customers do not count.
Why are WhatsApp messages a separate bucket?+
WhatsApp has a different delivery cost structure than other channels. Keeping it separate gives you full transparency over your WhatsApp usage and lets you scale it independently without affecting your other message allowances.
What's the difference between Messages and AI Messages?+
