1. Free Trial

All OmniFitAI plans include a 7-day free trial unless otherwise stated.

The trial period is designed to give you full access to the platform so you can explore features, test automations, and determine whether OmniFitAI fits your business needs.

By continuing to a paid plan after the trial ends, you acknowledge that you've had the opportunity to evaluate the service.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Once a subscription begins:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Message add-ons, usage packs, and add-on services are non-refundable
  • Custom configurations or services, if offered, are non-refundable

Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds are considered only in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized or incorrect billing due to a system error

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be billed again after cancellation
  • Access remains active until the billing period ends
  • Payments already made are not refundable except in the cases outlined above

5. Message Usage & Add-Ons

Message allowances reset each billing cycle.

  • Unused messages do not roll over
  • Message add-ons are applied immediately upon purchase
  • Message add-ons are not refundable once used or activated

6. Chargebacks

Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your OmniFitAI account.

We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve any billing concerns directly.

7. Stepping Away

If you decide OmniFitAI is no longer the right fit, you're free to cancel at any time. We appreciate the time you spent with the platform, and you're always welcome back in the future.
