• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Message Usage and Limits

OmniFitAI plans include a monthly message allowance. If you exceed your plan's allowance, conversations may pause until:

• The next billing cycle begins, or
• Additional message add-ons are purchased

Message usage details are visible within the platform. You are responsible for monitoring your usage.

5. Third-Party Integrations

OmniFitAI integrates with third-party platforms, tools, and services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• OmniFitAI does not control or guarantee the performance of third-party services
• Any issues related to third-party integrations are the responsibility of the third-party provider
• OmniFitAI is not liable for downtime, errors, or changes made by third-party platforms

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, OmniFitAI owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, branding, content, and design.

You may not:

• Republish or redistribute OmniFitAI materials
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the platform
• Copy or modify the platform without written permission

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during an active subscription.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to OmniFitAI.

By using the platform, you grant OmniFitAI a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

OmniFitAI provides AI-powered tools to assist with automation and communication.

You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and managing AI behavior
• OmniFitAI does not guarantee specific outcomes, conversions, or results

AI tools are intended to assist, not replace, human oversight.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniFitAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the three months preceding the claim.

10. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update pricing and plans

Continued use of OmniFitAI constitutes acceptance of any updates.
